REGINA- As the temperature outside drops and we cozy up inside our nice, warm houses, unfortunately, so do the rodents.
Mice are probably the biggest wintertime pest concern; they like to make your home, their home.
Sean Sherwood from Poulin’s Pest Control said mice can sneak in through a hole no bigger than the size of your pinky finger.
Sherwood says if you suspect you have a mouse, cover any holes with metal mesh so the mice can’t get through. He says moving anything providing a hiding place for mice such as debris, piles of leaves or logs from the side of your home will also help.
